Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Transactions to lead critical transactions and development across its global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate leases and drive key transactions, including renewals, expansions, and exits
• Manage brokers and external vendors, ensuring strong performance
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Finance, and Legal to deliver projects that meet business goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of corporate real estate transactions or development experience
• Strong knowledge of lease structures, negotiation, and legal language
• Proven ability to manage vendors and execute transactions independently
• Solid financial and analytical skills, including real estate accounting and modeling
• Ability to translate global organizational strategy into transactions strategy
