Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Recovery Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and lead the team in the payment integrity recovery operation process
- Coach and develop customer service representatives to achieve team goals
- Provide operational expertise in achieving business goals through data analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of end-to-end management of a payment integrity recovery operations process
- Experience in business process outsourcing, international BPO experience a plus
- BA/BS in Business Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of US health care (ERISA/HIPAA/State Mandates)
- Working knowledge of call center management systems and PC applications
