Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Recovery Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and lead the team in the payment integrity recovery operation process
  • Coach and develop customer service representatives to achieve team goals
  • Provide operational expertise in achieving business goals through data analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of end-to-end management of a payment integrity recovery operations process
  • Experience in business process outsourcing, international BPO experience a plus
  • BA/BS in Business Management or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of US health care (ERISA/HIPAA/State Mandates)
  • Working knowledge of call center management systems and PC applications
