Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on leadership of a team of full-cycle recruiters for technical and non-technical roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and area leaders to deliver on organizational needs
Organize sourcing efforts across all functions and leverage data to increase quality of hires

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5-10 years experience in recruiting and sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
Proven analytical skills and interest in optimizing sourcing efforts
Experience with tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting
Passion for finding diverse talent and championing inclusion throughout the hiring process
