Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a Recruiting Operations team and managing recruiting systems
• Proven track record in transforming talent acquisition operations in complex environments
• Deep expertise with recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRM
• Experience designing and scaling AI-enabled workflows and program automation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
