Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity practice, the full-time Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations will manage the recruiting tech stack, streamline recruiting processes for scalability, and lead a high-performing team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end management of the recruiting technology stack and evaluate new tools to enhance recruiting efficiency
  • Audit and redesign recruiting workflows to improve scalability and maintain comprehensive metrics and reporting for leadership
  • Hire and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators, setting performance expectations and ensuring consistent scheduling coverage across time zones
Required qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a hybrid ops/recruiting role
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Ashby, and interview intelligence platforms
  • Proven experience in leading process improvements that enhance recruiting workflows
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations for tool consolidation or elimination
  • Experience in a security, defense, or dual commercial/federal environment is a plus
