Job Summary

Leading the development and lifecycle of Salesforce's recruiting technology ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for recruiting technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance against key metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting Tech
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch
  • Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong analytical skills
