Senior Manager, Reimbursement Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Health Economics, Policy, and Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global reimbursement strategy, health economics, and health policy to cross-functional partners
• Lead the development of global product-specific reimbursement strategies for technology assessment organizations and payers
• Develop reimbursement assessments and strategies for emerging and existing therapies, integrating health economics analyses into business plans

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams is advantageous
• Understanding of US payment systems and healthcare trends is beneficial
