Senior Manager, Release Management

Job Summary

To evolve and mature Wrapbook's release management function, the full-time Senior Manager, Release Management will oversee the release process, manage a team of Technical Program Managers and QA testers, and ensure effective cross-functional alignment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage Wrapbook's release process, ensuring quality and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while maintaining hands-on involvement in key initiatives
• Establish clear communication and alignment across departments, preparing release notes to keep stakeholders informed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA, or Product Operations within SaaS organizations
• Proven success as a player-coach balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership of initiatives
• Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch
• Experience with program management and incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty)
• AI fluency and comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows and improve team output
