Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a centralized function for renewals within the Customer Success organization to achieve customer and revenue renewal rate targets
  • Create and maintain forecasting for customer and ARR retention against plan targets
  • Provide commercial acumen and negotiation strategy to drive retention outcomes and minimize churn

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of management experience in Customer Success with commercial responsibility for renewals
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experienced in contract negotiation and solutioning
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
