Senior Manager, Research & Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Research and Analytics for AI Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic research plans to integrate AI into hotel operations
• Design and conduct generative and evaluative studies to prioritize user needs and evaluate prototypes
• Advocate for human-centered solutions and co-create UX strategy with cross-disciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in qualitative user research, quantitative research, data analysis, and leadership
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing applications that are currently in use, preferably AI-driven
• Experience in conducting hands-on user research and developing measurement plans
• Domain expertise in hotel operations with a focus on enhancing employee productivity and customer satisfaction
