Senior Manager, Research Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Program and Collaboration Management, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project team operations and ensure meeting excellence
• Collaborate with Program Team Leads to ensure governance and decision readiness
• Oversee collaboration management for partnered programs and maintain joint operating models

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on project management and alliance management
• Advanced life science degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of drug development and activities within Research and Development
• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
