Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule a large volume of engagements in the Enterprise space
• Collaborate with sales and services teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Develop and maintain processes for optimal staffing and execution of engagements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in professional services, technology delivery, or software implementation roles
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing roles
• 1+ year experience working with partners on subcontracting and services engagement oversight
