Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Study Delivery Resource Management (SDRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for resource planning and allocation across global clinical programs
• Lead the development of resource forecasts and hiring plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Act as a liaison to functional leadership and manage relationships with stakeholders to align on priorities

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Master's degree and 6 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of clinical execution experience OR
• Associate's degree and 10 years of clinical execution experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience directly managing people or leading teams
