Senior Manager Retail Space Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the development of store-level shelf insights, the full-time Senior Manager Retail Space Analytics will leverage shelf analytics and category intelligence platforms to optimize merchandising performance and drive business results in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze shelf flow, brand blocks, and on-shelf availability to identify opportunities for improving shelf conditions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on shelf and space initiatives, advising internal stakeholders and retailer partners
• Lead and develop direct reports while translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail analytics, or related commercial analytics roles
• Proven experience leading direct reports and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of planogram compliance and shelf optimization analytics
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners
