Job Summary
Leading the global retail learning strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Retail Training will create and implement innovative learning experiences for UGG and HOKA, focusing on micro-learning and AI-enabled content, while working remotely from approved states across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop the global retail learning vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning outcomes
- Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through various performance metrics and feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or retail training
- Proven ability to build scalable and measurable learning strategies for frontline employees
- Experience in creating mobile-first content and utilizing AI-enabled tools
- Strong stakeholder influence and team leadership skills in a remote global environment
