Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Retirement Consultation - LMNC to lead and motivate a team of consultants specializing in employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive high performance and achieve customer deepening goals for Large Mega, Core, and Not For Profit plans
Develop and implement strategies to support new initiatives and products
Manage and measure work, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required
3-5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
Proven success in sales management
In-depth understanding of retirement investment products and qualified retirement plans
