Senior Manager Revenue Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in financial modeling, performance tracking, and ad-hoc research related to net patient service revenues
• Analyze financial options, develop high-accuracy revenue projections, and present monthly reviews with key stakeholders
• Design internal performance metrics, collaborate with business unit partners, and recruit and develop a high-performing team of analysts

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Informatics, or equivalent
• 5-7 years of reporting, analytics, and business operations experience in the healthcare/provider space
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Strong computer skills including Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and strong financial acumen
