Job Summary

Senior Manager Revenue Analytics is a full-time position responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analytics for net patient revenue while collaborating cross-functionally to support high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates employees, providing coaching and support
• Analyzes net patient revenue variances and prepares annual budgets and forecasts
• Maintains financial models for business initiatives and leads analysis of reimbursement trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and budgeting software like Hyperion
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial results
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
