Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Service Delivery for Revenue Cycle Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with managed service providers, ensuring adherence to service quality and performance standards
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, validating performance and resolving escalations
• Lead planning and implementation of domain applications, ensuring compliance with governance and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related healthcare revenue cycle field
• Minimum of five years of service delivery or operations experience in a healthcare IT environment
• Experience managing multiple third-party vendors in a complex IT environment
• Professional experience in healthcare or IT operations with a focus on software implementation and support
• Preferred certifications include Epic Application certification and Project Management Professional certification
