Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading operational initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle will manage the development of reporting infrastructure, oversee strategic projects, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the RCM reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate data extraction and timely client invoicing
• Lead high-priority RCM initiatives across multiple functional areas, acting as the point of contact for cross-functional projects
• Identify and implement process improvements within the revenue cycle, maintaining compliance with payer contracts and regulations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or operational leadership roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to operational and executive audiences
• Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional healthcare initiatives
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations, including billing, eligibility, and denial management processes
• Proficiency in advanced data tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in BI tools or SQL preferred
