Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue operations including claims submission, payment posting, denials, and collections
• Own and optimize end-to-end RCM workflows, ensuring data accuracy and high collection performance
• Analyze data to identify operational issues and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal partners

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Demonstrated success in improving key RCM metrics
• Hands-on experience with EHR, clearinghouse, and billing integrations
• Proven ability to manage vendors and lead RCM teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
