Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading the tactical oversight of User Acceptance Testing and RCM automation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will drive process improvements and governance across revenue cycle operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing for system implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
• Manage the centralized intake process for Jira requests, prioritizing initiatives based on operational impact and strategic alignment
• Develop and implement the RCM automation roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation across revenue cycle functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with a focus on UAT and system implementations
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM workflows and systems
• Proficiency with Jira or similar work management platforms
• Demonstrated experience in managing automation and process improvement initiatives
