Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate core RCM workflows, including claims submission and denial management
• Build a scalable revenue cycle function with clear ownership and performance standards
• Lead and optimize offshore teams supporting RCM and related administrative functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Operations, Finance, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-12+ years of healthcare operations experience with exposure to Revenue Cycle Management
• Proven experience in building or re-architecting RCM workflows
• Strong analytical background with experience using dashboards and KPIs
• Demonstrated leadership managing distributed or offshore teams
