A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate revenue and ARR forecasting accuracy with improved checks and transparency
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, enhancing ownership of FP&A processes
• Establish strategic partnerships across GTM functions and lead cross-functional planning cycles

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A with 3+ years in a management role
• Experience in SaaS business models, particularly with Sales-led motions
• Familiarity with B2B/SaaS sales lifecycle and KPIs
• Proficiency in FP&A tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
