Senior Manager, Revenue Management Facilitator

Job Summary

Leading remote Revenue Management workshops, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Management Facilitator will support the implementation of the Amadeus Central Reservation System, assist Revenue Managers during pre-go-live activities, and ensure effective training delivery across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Co-facilitate and lead remote Revenue Management workshops using standardized materials
• Support Revenue Managers with system readiness activities and validation of migrated data
• Communicate system concepts clearly and capture participant feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a track record of exceptional performance
• Prior experience in supporting training sessions or workshops
• Business proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of central reservation systems or revenue management systems preferred
