Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to optimize its revenue engine across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Rev Ops strategy in alignment with company revenue goals
- Design and manage end-to-end operational processes to ensure consistency and scalability
- Own and optimize the RevOps technology stack and lead business intelligence efforts for Sales & Marketing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and reporting
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle
- Strong understanding of key RevOps concepts such as lead scoring and sales compensation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
