Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will develop and oversee financial processes and controls to support financial reporting and audits for platform operations, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance teams to assess the financial impacts of business changes and improve visibility into platform accounts
• Design, implement, and review controls in collaboration with the platform SOX team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team, ensuring timely completion of processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of finance and accounting experience, including management roles in a large multinational organization
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in tech, payments, or hospitality within a high-growth environment
• CPA or equivalent certification, with experience from a Big 4 accounting firm preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with large-scale ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
