Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end integrity of GTM, business, and revenue data, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will manage revenue intelligence, data architecture, and commercial forensic operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of company, client, and product metrics while leveraging AI for performance insights
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data flow and manage Salesforce hygiene
• Investigate billing discrepancies and ensure alignment between billing logic and legal commitments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Data Analytics
• Expertise in Salesforce (Admin preferred) and BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data pipelines
• Experience with billing and usage-based models
• Strong ability to connect Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams
