Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Leading the analytics function within Revenue Operations, the remote Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics will manage a high-performing analytics team, drive data infrastructure and reporting, and serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop the analytics team while ensuring timely delivery of projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary analytical partner to cross-functional leadership, proactively identifying trends and opportunities to inform decision-making
• Own the revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboard management and forecasting analytics, to improve pipeline predictability and performance diagnostics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role
• 3+ years of experience in managing analytics or operations teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce reporting and familiarity with at least one BI platform, preferably Hex
• Strong SQL skills and experience with AI tools for enhancing analytical workflows
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
