Job Summary
To support the Training team in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will own end-to-end Revenue Operations support, translating company-level revenue strategy into executable plans while driving efficiencies and customer success during the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Revenue Operations support for the Training team, ensuring smooth customer onboarding and activation
- Translate company-level revenue strategy into clear, executable operating plans for the Training team
- Design and automate workflows to enhance efficiencies and build reporting dashboards for customer lifecycle visibility
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or related fields
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle revenue motions
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Looker, Hex)
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable processes
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred
