Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To enhance the revenue operations and analytics framework, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will analyze and improve the entire revenue engine, connecting performance across various departments while working remotely with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the view of the revenue engine by connecting performance metrics across marketing, sales, member engagement, and financial results
• Turn analysis into action by investigating business questions, identifying root causes, and recommending changes to relevant teams
• Improve forecasting and planning by partnering with Finance and functional leaders on revenue, membership, and operational metrics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, business operations, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently investigate complex datasets
• Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, and business performance analytics
• Comfort working with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams
