Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Define and maintain the long-term GTM tech stack strategy and manage vendor relationships
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved GTM efficiency and workflow

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems
• Deep Salesforce experience, including opportunity lifecycle design and automation
• Experience implementing AI capabilities within GTM systems
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture
• Proven ability to translate business goals into structured processes and technical execution
