Senior Manager RFP Response

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, RFP Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal strategy and execution for complex PBM RFPs and RFIs
• Drive strategic response architecture in collaboration with senior sales leadership
• Manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely and accurate proposal deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Must have PBM or PBM technology RFP experience
• Experience in the software or consulting industry is a plus
• Proficient in proposal management software; strong skills in MS Word and Excel preferred
• BA/BS degree with a minimum of eight years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or related proposal leadership roles
• Direct experience in supporting sales strategy or healthcare marketing is strongly preferred
