Senior Manager, RIM Systems
Job Summary
Leading Veeva Vault RIM governance and optimization, the full-time Senior Manager, RIM Systems will manage regulatory operations processes, maintain RIM master data, and support submission activities in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the business administrator for Veeva Vault RIM platforms, ensuring effective governance and user support
- Develop and deliver system training, SOPs, and governance documentation to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with IT and Quality to support system validation, change control, and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in regulatory systems or operations
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM applications and eCTD publishing solutions
- Strong understanding of regulatory submission processes and data governance principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical system processes
- Experience in leading system initiatives and user support activities
