Senior Manager, Risk Adjustment Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Risk Adjustment Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze member information to ensure accurate Risk Adjustment Factor representation
• Develop and implement processes for data accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Oversee data submission and monitor Risk Adjustment Factor calculations across various lines of business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a Clinical related field or equivalent experience
• Seven years of experience in analyzing healthcare claims data and/or risk scores
• Three years of management/supervisory experience
• Experience in communicating and presenting to senior leadership preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards preferred
