Senior Manager Risk Control

Job Summary

Focusing on Membership Portfolio Services, the full-time Senior Manager Risk Control will manage the transition to a new risk assessment framework, collaborate with business units to enhance operational resilience, and provide strategic guidance on risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across various processes
• Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and recommend control enhancements early in the product lifecycle
• Translate risk assessment insights into actionable recommendations to improve control design and operational resilience

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management within a risk or internal audit function
• Proven ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to modernize risk management practices
• Strong project management skills with experience in process governance and decision-making frameworks
• Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Background in the financial services industry
