Senior Manager, Risk Management

Job Summary

To enhance technology governance, the full-time Senior Manager, Risk Management will oversee compliance operations, drive issue remediation, and promote a proactive risk management culture within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance operations across Global Technology, ensuring timely delivery and oversight of audit and security findings
• Manage issue resolution by monitoring risks and collaborating with teams to enforce remediation accountability
• Develop and implement risk management procedures and frameworks to strengthen compliance practices across technology teams

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/certification
• At least 7 years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in IT infrastructure risk, governance, audit, and compliance
• 3+ years leading audits and compliance programs with a proven track record of driving timely issue closure
• Experience with IT and cybersecurity controls for both cloud and on-premises technologies
• At least one professional certification (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent)
