A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Risk Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fraud investigators and analysts to detect and prevent fraud
• Lead the development and maintenance of fraud risk strategies and processes
• Analyze fraud transactions and trends to inform strategy and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce fraud and payments
• Advanced SQL knowledge and proficiency in a programming language
• Experience managing a team is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
