Job Summary

- Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in partnership with Finance and People stakeholders
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program in collaboration with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry expertise with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or organizations undergoing transformation
- High level of professionalism with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to think creatively using data while understanding business risks and trade-offs
