Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales compensation design process, including metrics selection and plan structure rollout
- Oversee the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
- Deliver analytics and reporting on key performance indicators to leadership and manage a team focused on sales compensation strategy
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field; minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Deep expertise in developing and communicating sales compensation plans to diverse audiences
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and HR
- Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
