Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Sales Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of a global SDR organization, including processes, team structure, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement SDR playbooks and strategies for pipeline generation aligned with enterprise security buyers
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a distributed SDR team while ensuring performance and productivity targets are met
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Development, with 4+ years in leading remote SDR teams
- Proven success in building and scaling SDR functions, including process design and program development
- Experience with sales engagement technologies such as HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize pipeline generation
- Experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B technology markets is a plus
