Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Sales Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and build of a global SDR organization, including processes, team structure, and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement SDR playbooks and strategies for pipeline generation aligned with enterprise security buyers
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a distributed SDR team while ensuring performance and productivity targets are met


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Development, with 4+ years in leading remote SDR teams
  • Proven success in building and scaling SDR functions, including process design and program development
  • Experience with sales engagement technologies such as HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize pipeline generation
  • Experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B technology markets is a plus
