Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement - NAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of enablement partners supporting sales teams in the US, Canada, and Latam, including recruiting and mentoring
- Set global strategy for stakeholder engagement and define roles within GTM enablement for efficient execution
- Build relationships with senior executives to align enablement efforts with business needs and demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement
- Over 3 years of people management experience in Sales or Enablement
- Preferred background in sales or sales leadership
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members for performance improvement
