Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement - NAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of enablement partners supporting sales teams in the US, Canada, and Latam, including recruiting and mentoring
  • Set global strategy for stakeholder engagement and define roles within GTM enablement for efficient execution
  • Build relationships with senior executives to align enablement efforts with business needs and demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications:
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement
  • Over 3 years of people management experience in Sales or Enablement
  • Preferred background in sales or sales leadership
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members for performance improvement
