Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the fully remote Senior Manager Sales Enablement will define and own pre-sales enablement processes, lead a small team, and build Sales Operations as a strategic function while optimizing the sales stack and integrating AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own pre-sales enablement materials, including sales decks and discovery frameworks
- Lead a team focused on sales content creation and sales operations
- Establish Sales Operations as a strategic function, enhancing sales processes and CRM utilization
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong background in AI applications within sales workflows
- Experience managing teams while remaining hands-on in the work
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and fill gaps in processes
- Proficient in communication and content creation, with a data-driven approach
