Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Engineering will develop technical talent, drive revenue growth for enterprise opportunities, and champion AI-powered innovation while collaborating across departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Strategic Sales Engineers while establishing performance expectations and career development plans
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop account strategies and provide executive-level support on high-value, complex deals
- Champion an AI-first culture by identifying and implementing AI-driven workflows to enhance team productivity and customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role within SaaS
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing Sales Engineering teams
- Proven success in supporting enterprise accounts with significant revenue targets, preferably over $50M in annual new business
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders
