Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Technology Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance CRM capabilities and enable omnichannel field execution
- Lead technology initiatives to improve effectiveness for Sales and Field Reimbursement Managers
- Coordinate technology readiness for large field-facing events and support field teams with insights and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial IT, CRM ownership, or related digital systems
- Strong experience enabling field teams within CRM ecosystems
- Technical proficiency with AI/ML, analytics, and visualization tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA and commercial tech governance requirements
