Job Summary
Driving new client acquisition, the full-time Senior Manager Sales FSI will manage the full cycle of enterprise sales for Consulting & Engineering Services, focusing on cloud modernization and application engineering for financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads within priority FSI segments, building a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Position DXC's capabilities in cloud migration and application modernization while cross-selling complementary solutions
- Establish executive-level relationships and drive end-to-end sales processes, including deal shaping and commercial negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services or IT Services, with a focus on cloud and digital transformation
- Proven success in selling to Fortune 500 banks and insurers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud engineering patterns
- Exceptional executive presentation and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles with significant deal sizes
