Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Managers and Operations Specialists, providing coaching and career development
• Oversee planning and execution of complex, cross-functional product and process launches
• Establish team rhythms and mechanisms to drive operational excellence and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or related functions
• 4+ years of experience managing program managers and/or operations specialists
• Deep familiarity with program and project management frameworks
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zuora, or similar platforms is preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus
