Job Summary

To support a growing digital health platform, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Operations will administer and maintain Salesforce, generate analytical reports, and lead the Sales Operations team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards
  • Generate weekly reports for pipeline generation, sales forecasts, and cross-functional requests
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and provide analytical insights to drive business actions
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience supporting external go-to-market teams
  • Proven experience in B2B organizations, preferably in the digital health sector
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including report generation and data synthesis
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration with Salesforce for insight creation
  • Expertise in using tools like Tableau for creating reports and dashboards
