Job Summary
To drive sales performance and operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Sales Operations will manage account-level budgets, oversee forecasting and inventory readiness, and ensure effective execution of distributor programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own account-level sell-in budgets and track performance against targets, recommending actions to close gaps
- Build and refine forecasts, integrating commercial drivers and leading consensus forecasting discussions
- Ensure timely communication and execution of distributor partner requirements, including pricing and order management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account management or sales operations within the professional beauty industry
- Strong understanding of the professional distribution landscape and dynamics of national retailers
- Proven analytical skills to interpret sales data and market intelligence for decision-making
- Experience in developing and executing account-specific sales strategies and promotional programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
