Job Summary
Leading the operational strategy for Residential Sales, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Sales Operations will manage sales administration, reporting, and process optimization while ensuring operational excellence across various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support Residential Sales across multiple channels
- Oversee sales support processes, ensuring operational readiness for new product launches and promotions
- Manage commission administration and ensure accuracy in sales compensation calculations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing sales compensation programs within telecommunications or subscription-based industries
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
